Using the traditional Devon method of pressing apples between layers of straw and then fermenting in oak barrels, Mark & Shanon Venton, at their home in Clyst St Lawrence, make some of the best Cider the South West has to offer.
Their Chilli & Magnolia Apple Cyder Vinegar, infused with magnolia from the tree outside their cider barn, gives an incredible punch and is surprisingly good sprinkled over fish and chips!
