A beautiful orange-tinted colour in the glass. Bursting with aromas of fresh apricot, citra hops, peach skin and Braeburn apple which follow through to the palate. Incredibly refreshing with bright acidity and amazing flavour concentration. Incredibly drinkable. Unlike a normal white wine it is fermented on its skins in 300-litre oak casks to extract flavour, body and a slight orange colour. It is unfiltered with no added sulphur.
