All our beef and lamb comes from a small community association of farmers on Dartmoor. These animals are all grass fed and spend their days grazing the moors.

Cut From the middle of the tenderloin, Chateaubriand is a rich, exceedingly tender and luxurious cut. It has a sublime buttery, mouthwatering taste and texture. A firm Circa favourite.
