Cheese, wonderful cheese. We've selected three stalwarts from the restaurant. Blue bay is made by the multi award winning Elise & Gary at country cheeses, a delicious, creamy blue cheese, perfectly ripe. Then we have Cornish Gouda Semi-Mature is aged for 5-6 months and has a mild, creamy texture with a nutty flavour. Finally we have Brie from the Sharpham estate, Gold medal winner at the 2019 Food & Drink Devon Awards, it is beautiful when baked & pivotal to a good cheese board. No serious cheese selection would be complete without chutney and crackers.
