A blend of the three most widely planted varieties in Franconia – Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner The three wines going into the blend were fermented and aged separately but similarly: grapes destemmed but not all berries crushed to get a light carbonic effect. Skin contact for a week, pressed and fermented & aged in steel (Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau) and old oak (Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau).
